In Google Sheets: File > Download > Comma-separated values (.csv)
name (must be lowercase) | domain | owner_email |
acme corp | acmecorp.com | |
beta inc | betainc.io | |
donut studio | donut.studio |
name
: This is your account or company name. It must be lowercase (we use this as a unique identifier behind the scenes).
domain
: The company’s website domain. Format it like companyname.com
.
owner_email
(optional): The email of the account owner on your team. This is super helpful if you’re syncing with Slack or sending alerts to reps about account or contact activity.
💡 Pro tip: You don’t need to fill out owner_email for every row — but do include the column in your file! This keeps your data format clean and future-proofs it if you assign owners later.
⬆ How to Upload Your List
Head to the Target Accounts section in your Vector dashboard.
Click Upload CSV.
Choose your file and follow the prompts.
Confirm your columns match our required format.
Done! 🎉 You’ll start seeing those accounts flagged in your visitor feed when they show intent.
When these accounts (or contacts tied to them) show signs of interest — like clicking around your site or researching a relevant topic — Vector makes sure the right folks on your team know ASAP. Whether it's a Slack ping, CRM activity, and more you'll know exactly when to reach out.
