👥 Visitor Feed

Document image

This is your live feed of everyone visiting your website — in real time. And here's the best part: Vector de-anonymizes visitors down to the contact level (yep, actual people 🙌).

Visitor Feed details:

  • Who’s on your site right now

  • View total pages visited (especially helpful if you’ve installed the pixel on multiple pages)

  • Get a pulse on high-intent activity across accounts and contacts

Use it to prioritize outreach, spot intent, and more.

📊 Reporting

Under this tab, you’ll find two gold mines:

🧬 Traffic DNA

Document image

Breaks down your website traffic by:

  • Industry

  • Seniority

  • Department

  • Company size

This helps you spot trends and identify segments worth targeting (like “Directors from Mid-Market SaaS companies visiting our pricing page”).

👀 Ad Reveal

**Available on Growth & Enterprise Plans

Document image

Shows you who’s clicking your ads but not converting.

Why that’s awesome:

  1. See what types of people are resonating in the market — even if they don’t convert

  2. Understand who your ads are actually attracting

  3. Spot misalignment early — if the people clicking aren’t part of your ICP, it might be time to tweak messaging or targeting

  4. Build smart retargeting segments based on ad clicks

Use Vector to build audiences you actually care about, and put your ad dollars in front of the right people.

💼 Business Units

**Available on Plus, Growth & Enterprise Plans Think of this as your segment superpower.

Business Units help you pre-set:

  • Buyer personas (like job title, department, seniority)

  • Intent topics

  • Target account lists (from HubSpot, Salesforce, or CSV)

You can then apply these filters in just one click when creating new segments — no need to rebuild from scratch each time.

Benefits:

✅ Save time

✅ Stay consistent

✅ Leverage your CRM data without the hassle

📋 Segments

Segments helps create dynamic audiences of contacts based on real behavior — like visiting your website, clicking on ads, or researching topics related to your brand.

You can filter by:

  • Your target account list

  • Job title, department, or industry

  • Or keep it broad to capture more activity

It’s a powerful way to understand who’s showing intent — like a Director of RevOps from a key account who’s been checking out your site — even if they’ve never filled out a form.

You can also take action on those contacts by pushing them to Slack, your CRM, ad audiences, and more.

This is just a small preview of what Segments can do.
