Ready to run smarter, faster ad campaigns? 👟 Let’s get your setup dialed in.
Before anything else, make sure your Vector Pixel is installed on the site you're sending traffic to. This is what powers contact-level tracking and de-anonymization.
✅ Add the Pixel to any ad platform you're driving traffic from — Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, wherever your prospects are hanging out.
Match rates = how often the contacts you upload or sync from Vector are successfully recognized by each ad platform.
For off-site intent and website traffic triggers, we typically see:
LinkedIn: 65–85%
Google Ads: 35–50%
Meta: 35–45%
Reddit: up to 30%
X: up to 30%
✨ Contact-level list triggers (CSV or CRM uploads): Here, match rates depend more on the quality of your data — which means you have more control. Teams that see the strongest results usually:
Focus on U.S.-based contacts
Use professional/work emails instead of personal ones
Keep their lists fresh with recently active contacts
Think of it as a quick tune-up: the cleaner your lists, the higher your match rates climb. 🚀
Navigate to Integrations > Select the Settings of the source you'd like to connect. It should take less than a minute to connect!

The above is standard for LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and Google.
Meta has one additional step!

(AKA: Automagic Syncing vs. Manual Uploads)
This just means how your contact data gets from Vector to your ad platform:
Google Ads
X (formerly Twitter)
As of October 2025, Meta is now native!! 🎉
Bing
Snapchat, TikTok, and others
If you’re using one of our native ad integrations (Google, Reddit, X), Vector automatically pushes your segment data to the platform daily. Even if your audience is still a lil’ guy, we’ll keep sending it along.
📏 Heads-up: some platforms (like Google) won’t let you use the audience until it hits their minimum size — but we’ll keep the data flowing so it’s ready when you are.
🧠 Don't forget: Hit that Connect button at the top of your segment. Without it, your audience won’t sync — and you’ll have to go old-school with a CSV.
Once you hit Connect on a segment, Vector automatically syncs daily. But to see that it’s working, you’ll want to check directly in your ad platform. Here’s where to look:
LinkedIn Ads
Go to: Plan → Audiences → Matched Audiences → Uploaded Lists
Your Vector segments will appear here by name.
Status will show “Building” until the list meets LinkedIn’s size requirements.

Google Ads
Go to: Tools & Settings → Shared Library → Audience Manager → Data Segments
Look for the segment name synced from Vector.
Google may mark audiences as “Too Small to Serve” until they hit the minimum threshold.

Reddit Ads
Go to: Audience Manager
You’ll see the synced audience labeled with your Vector segment name.
Status updates as Reddit processes the list.

For platforms like Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, etc., you can either:
Manual Export
Choose your date range (last 7, 14, or 30 days).
Click Send CSV to my email.
Upload the file to your ad platform’s audience manager.
Automatic Export (new!)
Skip the reminders — you can now have CSVs sent to you automatically:
Click into the Meta Action on your segment.
Select Schedule CSV export.
Choose your email + set frequency (daily or weekly).
That’s it — CSVs will land in your inbox on schedule.
Pro tip:
Daily exports are sent by 10am ET.
Weekly exports are sent Mondays by 10am ET.
Most customers choose weekly to capture as much audience as possible to ensure better matching with Meta’s audience size.

💡 Pro tip: The CSV format matches what platforms need — no edits required. Just upload and go.
💾 Name your files clearly (e.g. “High Intent Visitors – May Wk1”) so you can find them later
🎯 Use ad platform filters to layer in things like job title, company size, or industry
⚙ Automate what you can — native platforms save you the most time
🔍 Not sure if your segment is syncing? Check the “Last Synced” timestamp right under the segment name
