👁 Funnel Vision Overview

Funnel Vision shows you exactly who’s in your funnel — not just which accounts. Traditional ABM stops at the company level, but people make buying decisions, not logos. Funnel Vision reveals real contacts engaging with your brand and maps where each person is in their journey — so you know who’s ready and what to do next.

🔍 How It Works

It works across two dimensions: intent and lifecycle stage. Are they researching a problem, comparing solutions, or already in a deal? Are they brand-new or deep in your CRM? Funnel Vision gives you a clear, actionable view of how to move real people closer to conversion.

Intent Stage

What are they researching?

This dimension looks at off-site behavior to understand where someone is in their buying journey:

Lifecycle Stage

How engaged are they with your brand?

This is based on your CRM and on-site data — and it's where you'll see the most change over time as we improve the fidelity.

Right now, here’s how we define it:

Note: These stages are still evolving. More good things to come! 🎉

Filter and take action

You can filter contacts by funnel position — any of the 16 unique combinations of intent + lifecycle stage. From there, click into any contact to see their individual intent events over the past 30 days, helping you understand their recent activity and determine your next move.

Configuring Business Units in Funnel Vision

Business Units are your home base for customizing the Funnel Vision experience. From here, you can tailor views by persona, account lists, and intent to zero in on what matters most.

Inside a Business Unit, you can add:

A. Buyer Persona (Start here)

This lets you filter Funnel Vision by who the contact is — making it easier to focus on the right people.

You can define personas using:

📌 Think of this as your zoom lens — filter to see just the right buyer profile, or zoom out to view all visitors across segments.

B. TAM (Total Addressable Market)

Upload CRM lists that define which companies matter most. This includes:

📌 Think of TAM like setting the stage — it tells Funnel Vision which companies should be in the spotlight. By uploading your CRM lists, you're handing us the guest list. Without it, we might still detect interest, but it won't be tied to the right audience.

Use this to answer questions like:

C. Intent Topics

Intent topics power the “intent” signal in Funnel Vision. You can add multiple types:

These help spotlight what your buyers are actively researching — so you can prioritize outreach, ad spend, and engagement based on actual behavior.

Your Vector plan determines how many Business Units you can create:

  1. Growth → 2 Business Units

  2. Enterprise → 3 Business Units

Funnel Vision Data

Why Am I Not Seeing Any Data?

If your Funnel Vision dashboard looks a little too quiet (👀), don’t worry — it’s often expected in the early days. If you just signed up or recently set up a Business Unit, it may take up to 24 hours for contact-level data to populate. Funnel Vision only shows real people showing real intent, so if no one's visited your site or shown off-site activity yet, the matrix will stay empty until they do.

If you're on a Growth or Enterprise plan, make sure you’ve completed your Business Unit setup — including filters, buyer personas, and intent topics. If you're not sure which plan you're on or what’s missing, just reach out to support@vector.co and we’ll help confirm.

💡 Quick checklist before reaching out:

If all that’s in place and it’s still empty after 36 hours, feel free to boo us at support@vector.co — we’re happy to haunt your setup 👻

Interpreting the Data

Once contacts begin flowing into Funnel Vision, you’ll see a table of accounts and their activity — with key metrics to help you prioritize and take action. Here’s what each column means:

🔢 Propensity Score

propsensity.png

This is a weighted score (out of 100) based on recent contact-level activity — site visits, off-site research, and more. Think of it as your heat signal for which accounts are most active.

👥 Contacts Seen

🔥 Trend Badges

🔮 You’re Not Guessing Anymore

With Funnel Vision, you're no longer guessing who's in your funnel — you're seeing it. In real time. At the contact level.
